Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allied-Motion 5046-031 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Amarillo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alpha-Wittenstein parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bison product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Amarillo such as the 350A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SPK100SMF21000H11K01 manufactured by Alpha-Wittenstein and we are pleased to be able to service most Alpha-Wittenstein systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM23240 by Manufacturer Bison as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Amada Brand CO618BPAMAT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Drexelbrook such as 2701991 equipment made by Drexelbrook have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Drexelbrook products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Drexelbrook" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D984072102 made by Alstom as well as the popular SMD23E130E original spares produced by Amc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4081RR by American-Autogard and 2701991 spares by Drexelbrook are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SRE2321 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Alstom.
